Allegro Stage Company is a San Antonio-based theater ensemble dedicated to the presentation of classic American musicals and the development of original theatrical works. 
 
About Us
 
Mission: Allegro Stage Company is a San Antonio-based theater ensemble dedicated to the presentation of classic American musicals and the development of original theatrical works.
 
Goals: Allegro Stage Company works to provide performance and design opportunities for San Antonio's diverse community of artists, and to present unique theatrical experiences for its audiences.
 
Since its founding in 2009, Allegro has produced a variety of productions in support of its mission, including
 
--Fire on the Bayou, an original musical by Tom Masinter and Mark Leonard
--The Jerome Kern Songbook, a musical revue featuring Kern's classic stage and screen compositions
--Let's Misbehave!, a musical celebration of Cole Porter's Broadway and Hollywood
--You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, the classic Off Broadway "Peanuts" musical
--Once Upon a Musical, a revue featuring songs from musicals designed by William and Jean Eckart
--Fascinating Rhythm!, a musical tribute to George and Ira Gershwin
 
In addition, Allegro has performed at numerous events, including special performances for the McNay Art Museum, San Antonio Public Library and Luminaria. Please check back often for updates on our current productions, as well as other events and performances. We hope to see you soon!
